If anyone is aware of this issue and is able to assist with a solution, please kindly help me get this to work. I'm hoping my issue is going to be easy to resolve too. I have seen other posts of people experiencing the same issue as myself, posted under older versions of Windows section, and those posts have been successfully resolved. I am not very good at computer troubleshooting, My Dell laptop recognises the driver in the Express Card Slot, I have tried Googling the numbers on the card (shown in the image), used the troubleshoot feature of Windows attempting to seek for the driver, have tried installing a few updates and drivers (Windows, and recommended DELL via detection feature).Nothing I tried provided a solution. I purchased a PCI Express Card on eBay and the driver disc does not work, therefore I have no driver to install for the 'Unknown Device', and very little knowledge on how to troubleshoot this issue. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system. Right-click on the driver setup file and click on ‘properties’. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website. Dell Latitude E6410 Broadcom WLAN Driver 5.60.48.35 for Windows 7 64-bit. WINDOWS 10 PRO (Version 1709) (OS Build 16299.192) Follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode.
